I have a favorite chair, too. It's the green one with the foot stool. I love to curl up in the green chair to sleep. Even if the chair is occupied, I can fit on the stool.
They'll come around soon, and just let you sit there. My mom always says "no harm, no foul" so as long as you don't mess anything up, you'll be OK.

I have learned this ... my big brother Jager taught me how to not be seen in the "places of no 4 legs" LAY DOWN YOUR EARS!!!
He says if you lay your ears down on your head you get away with everything ... cuz it makes you look sad!!!
